Invited by the Royal Seville Symphony Orchestra, French pianist Lise de la Salle takes up an amazing challenge: to play all Beethoven piano concertos twice over four concerts. Under the baton of Christoph Poppen, the performances of Beethoven’s Piano Concertos No.1, 2 and 3 take place on 6 and 7 October and Piano Concertos No.4 and 5 will be performed on 8 and 9 October, all at Teatro de la Maestranza in Sevilla.
