Violinist Christian Tetzlaff is joined by pianist Kirill Gerstein at Wigmore Hall on 5 October for an exciting duo programme. The two will perform three major sonatas; Janáček’s Violin Sonata, Brahms’ Violin Sonata No.3 and Bartók’s Violin Sonata No.2. The programme also includes a work by the Hungarian-born, French resident György Kurtág, Tre pezzi Op.14, and a new work from composer Thomas Adès, Suite from The Tempest.
