Following several appearances in Oslo this September, Patricia Kopatchinskaja performs Robert Schumann’s Violin Concerto with Oslo Philharmonic on 15 and 16 September, conducted by Klaus Mäkelä. 

On 23 and 24 September, Kopatchinskaja’s residency is extended. With a performance of Schoenberg’s Pierrot Lunaire on the first evening, she then plays Hartmann’s Concerto Funebre for violin in Sentralen, accompanied by the Norwegian Chamber Orchestra conducted by Pekka Kuusisto.
