Esther Yoo embarks on a tour of Australia as part of the Z.E.N. Trio. Esther joins friends Zhang Zuo (Zee Zee) and Narek Hakhnazaryan to perform music by Brahms, Babajanian, and Dvořák, plus the premiere of a new commission by Australian composer Matt Laing. The trio will also participate in numerous outreach events including masterclasses, talks and media appearances. The group travels throughout the entire month of August to Dubbo (10 August), Tasmania (12 August), Melbourne (13 to 23 August), Perth (15 August), Canberra (18 August), Sydney (20 to 22 August), Adelaide (25 August), and Newcastle (27 August).
