Alexei Volodin joins the Rotterdam Sinfonia on a short tour in Columbia to perform two piano concertos. The tour begins with a concert in Bucaramanga on 22 June, moving to Teatro Mayor in Bogotá on 24 June, and ending in El Ensueño, Bogotá on 25 June. The programme in Bucaramanga and Teatro Mayor is Prokofiev’s Symphony No.1, Rachmaninov’s Piano Concerto No.2, and Dvořák’s Symphony No.9. The programme changes in El Ensueño with Schubert’s Overture Rosamunde, Chopin’s Piano Concerto No.1, and the Dvořák’s Symphony No.9 once again.
