On 8 and 9 February, Alexei Volodin makes his debut with Orchestra dell’Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia at Santa Cecilia Hall. Volodin performs Rachmaninoff’s Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini under the baton of Maestro Antonio Pappano, with Szymanowski’s Concert Overture and Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 6 completing the programme.

Volodin returns to Italy in May to make another debut, this time with Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano Giuseppe Verdi. Together with Maestro Michael Sanderling, he will perform Rachmaninov’s Piano Concerto No. 3 for three concerts on 19, 20 and 22 May.
