Javier Perianes returns to Toronto for two concerts with Gustavo Gimeno and the Toronto Symphony Orchestra. This is his second collaboration with Gimeno this season after their concerts with the San Francisco Symphony in November 2021.

Perianes performs Grieg’s Piano Concerto in A minor on 9 and 11 June at Roy Thompson Hall; the concert also features world premieres from Iman Habibi and Francisco Coll, and is completed by Mahler’s Symphony No. 1 ​‘Titan’.
