Alban Gerhardt makes an appearance with the Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra for a concert on 8 April at the Helsinki Music Centre. Gerhardt performs Weinberg’s Cello Concerto under the baton of Elena Schwarz, who also conducts the orchestra through Žuraj’s Api-danza macabre and Martinů’s Symphony No. 1. 

This performance follows Gerhardt’s exciting concert with the Alliage Quintet at the Heidelberger Frühling Festival.
