Kristiina Poska returns to Latvian National Symphony Orchestra to begin her post of Principal Guest Conductor. Despite the recent announcement of the national lockdown in Latvia, the concert on 29 October at the Riga Guild Concert Hall presses ahead to be broadcast on the radio and LTV4. Kristiina and the Orchestra then travels to Tallinn to perform at the Estonia Concert Hall on 30 October. The concerts open with Khachaturian’s Violin Concerto joined by Georg Sarkisjan, and conclude with Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No.6, ​“Pathétique”.
