François Leleux returns to conduct the Orchestra della Svizzera Italiana on 8 October as part of Settimane Musicali di Ascona. Leleux conducts Schubert’s Symphony No.8, Vivaldi’s Concerto grosso Op.3 No.11, Busoni’s Comedy Overture, and Mozart’s Concerto for two pianos, K.365 joined by Ricardo Castro and Gabriele Leporatti. The concert will be recorded for future radio broadcast.

Leleux will return to Orchestra della Svizzera Italiana in November to conduct in the orchestra’s subscription series. Under his baton, the Orchestra plays Brahms’ Symphony No.3, Weber’s Overture from Der Freischütz, and Paganini’s Violin Concerto No.5 joined by Sergei Krylov. The RSI radio will live broadcast the concert from the Lugano Teatro LAC on 25 Nov.
