Estonian National Symphony Orchestra celebrate Ain Anger in a jubilee gala concert

On 24 July the Estonian National Symphony Orchestra celebrate Ain Anger’s 50th birthday in a special gala concert conducted by Olari Elts. Born in Kihelkonna, Ain Anger trained at Tallinn’s Academy of Music before joining the ensemble of the Wiener Staatsoper, where he has sung over 40 roles on the mainstage. Fellow Estonian Mirjam Mesak joins Ain and a cohort of soloists in a programme of Verdi and Wagner greats.
