In March The NHK Symphony Orchestra, Tokyo completed a tremendous 9 concert tour of Europe under the baton of Paavo Järvi and joined by soloists Sol Gabetta and Khatia Buniatishvili.

Gürzenich-Orchester Köln and François-Xavier Roth celebrated Beethoven’s 250^th anniversary with their New Academy Concert series in Munich, Lyon, London and Hamburg with works performed by acclaimed pianist Pierre-Laurent Aimard.
