This week, Klaus Mäkelä makes his debut with Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks at the Herkusaal, Munich on 20 and 21 February. The programme includes Kodaly’s Dances of Galanta and Sibelius Symphony No.5. Beatrice Rana performs Prokofiev Piano Concerto No.3.

Other highlights from the season include appearances with the Cleveland Orchestra, Frankfurt Radio, Bamberg, Tokyo Metropolitan, Swedish Radio, Finnish Radio, City of Birmingham symphony orchestras, Hallé, Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France, NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchester, Oslo, Helsinki, and London philharmonic orchestras.
