Barry Banks appears in the world premiere of Matthew Aucoin’s Eurydice at LA Opera on 1 February. Set to a libretto by American playwright Sarah Ruhl and staged by Mary Zimmerman, the work was commissioned by LA Opera in collaboration with The Metropolitan Opera. Performances run until 23 February and will be conducted by the composer himself.
