In her final concerts of 2019, violinist Alina Pogostkina makes a highly anticipated return to the Helsinki Philharmonic, performing Jean Sibelius’ Humoresques, Op. 87 and Op. 89. The two concerts on 7 and 8 December commemorate the 100^th anniversary of the premiere of the six Humoresques, and there will also be a special livestream of the concert on Sibelius’ birthday on 8 December at 3pm.
