PATRICK HAHN DEBUTS AT ELBPHILHARMONIE WITH HAMBURGER SYMPHONIKER
18/3/2019
Conductor Patrick Hahn makes his debut with Hamburger Symphoniker on 19 March at Hamburg’s Elbphilharmonie. The programme features Bruckner’s Symphony No.7, a compelling work of the symphonic repertoire, and Mozart’s Violin Concerto No.3 performed by violinist Guy Braunstein.
The concert follows his recent debut with Camerata RCO conducting Mahler’s Symphony No.4 and Schönberg’s Brettl-Lieder. Recent highlights include engagements with Bayerische Staatsoper, Dresdner Philharmonie and Gürzenich-Orchester Köln. Hahn, later in the season, brings Prokofiev’s Peter and the Wolf to life in a series of concerts with Wiener Symphoniker and in June he returns to Lucerner Sinfonieorchester.
