Esther Yoo returns to Seoul this month, debuting with the Los Angeles Philharmonic. On 17 March Esther performs with the Orchestra at the KSPO Dome. Conducted by Gustavo Dudamel, the concert showcases the music of John Williams. Esther is featured soloist in the Theme from Schindler’s List. The next day, on 18 March, Esther joins forces with the Principal Ensemble of the Los Angeles Philharmonic at Lotte Concert Hall. Together they perform Schubert’s String Quartet No.14. In the same programme, Esther collaborates for the first time with pianist Yuja Wang in Richard Strauss’ Violin Sonata.

These concerts follow her previous visit to the city, on tour with the Philharmonia Orchestra and Esa-Pekka Salonen in October 2018.
