On 17 July Víkingur Ólafsson returns to Los Angeles Philharmonic for his grand debut at Hollywood Bowl performing Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No.2 under Thomas Adès.

This concert marks the beginning of a fruitful summer, with recitals in Wigmore Hall with Alban Gerhardt on 23 July, Rheingau Festival on 27, La Roque d’Anthéron and Menton festivals on 30 and 31 July, Bodrum Festival on 8 August and a tour with Orkester Nordern through Aalborg, Copenhagen and Reykjavik 17 – 22 August.
