Noa Wildschut returns to Oranjewoud Festival
25/5/2018
Following two glamorous concerts celebrating National Liberation Day and Commemoration Day in Amsterdam with Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra, including a private audience with Queen Máxima and King Willem-Alexander, Noa Wildschut now returns to Oranjewoud Festival. Noa shares a close relationship with the Festival and has been performing there every year since 2012.
Noa has her own carte blanche series during the special European Capital of Culture edition of the Festival and has chosen to work with the Het Noord Nederlands Orkest to perform Prokofiev’s Violin Concerto No.2 under the baton of Benjamin Levy, along with Quirine Viersen, Vladimir Babeshko and Enrico Pace for various chamber music performances.
Further she will be collaborating with accordion duo TOEAC and writer Joke van Leeuwen, whom she has admired from a young age, highlighting the three diverse sides to her musical talent.
