Noa Wildschut continues her exciting season and travels to the US to debut in Pittsburgh performing in two concerts on 24 and 26 November with Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra and Manfred Honeck. 

This ​‘Thanksgiving’ programme is a colourful selection of Viennese favourites to include Ravel’s Tzigane, Chausson’s Poème and Gershwin’s ​“It ain’t necessarily so” from Porgy and Bess, in an arrangement for violin and orchestra by Bob Zimmerman based on the version Jascha Heifetz prepared in 1944 for his own performances. Zimmerman is well known in his native Holland for his theatre and film scores.
