CHRISTOPHER WARREN-GREEN TO CONDUCT AT THE WEDDING OF PRINCE HARRY AND MEGHAN MARKLE

On the invitation Mr Warren-Green, who is Music Director of Charlotte Symphony Orchestra and the London Chamber Orchestra, remarked:
“Having had the honour of conducting the orchestras for the Wedding of TRH The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall, and also for the Wedding of TRH The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, I am especially delighted to be invited to conduct members of the English Chamber Orchestra, the BBC National Orchestra of Wales and the Philharmonia Orchestra for the Wedding of Prince Harry and Ms. Meghan Markle. Each of these distinguished orchestras is immensely proud to have as their Royal Patron HRH The Prince of Wales and to join together for this momentous occasion.”
Other musicians taking part in the ceremony include cellist Sheku Kanneh Mason, soprano Elin Manahan Thomas and trumpet player David Blackadder.
The chosen music will be kept under wraps until the ceremony so be sure to tune-in to the television coverage on Saturday 19 May.
