Stephen Hough performs in India, Singapore and South Korea

Stephen Hough sets off for an Asian tour this September, making his Indian debut before journeying on to Singapore and South Korea for three more performances.
On 26 September he gives a recital of Debussy, Schumann and Beethoven at Mumbai’s National Centre for the Performing Arts, followed by a performance of Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No.5 with the Symphony Orchestra of India and Evgeny Bushkov on 28 September.
The following month he makes a welcome return to the Singapore Symphony Orchestra, performing Rachmaninov’s Piano Concerto No.1 on 14 October at the Esplanade Concert Hall under the baton of fellow HarrisonParrott artist Hannu Lintu.
The tour concludes with two performances of the same concerto with the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Vassily Sinaisky, on 19 and 20 October at the Seoul Arts Center.
