One of the most highly-regarded concert artists singing today, Camilla Tilling looks ahead to another exciting season with a selection of the world’s greatest orchestras. 

Camilla kicks off her season with Beethoven’s Missa Solemnis with the Finnish Radio Symphony Orchestra and Hannu Lintu on 15 September, and will close her season with the same work for London Symphony Orchestra and Michael Tilson Thomas on 20 May. 

Once again, Mahler features regularly in Camilla’s diary, with performances of Mahler’s Symphony No.4, along with Beethoven’s Ah! Perfido, for Gothenburg Symphony and Susanna Mälkki in October, and with Orchestre de Paris and Thomas Hengelbrock in March. She also joins Kent Nagano and Orchestra symphonique de Montréal in September as Soprano II in Mahler’s Symphony No.8. 

Elsewhere, she joins Bernard Haitink for Brahms’ Ein deutsches Requiem at the Concertgebouw, Amsterdam in February and with Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks (in Munich and at the Elbphilharmonie, Hamburg) in March, and sings Haydn’s Die Schöpfungwith Hengelbrock and the Balthasar-Neumann-Chor on tour to Dortmund, Luxembourg, Baden-Baden, Hannover and Düsseldorf in February. 

Crossing the Atlantic, Camilla joins Orchestra of St Luke’s and Pablo Heras-Casado for Mozart’s Mass in C minor at Carnegie Hall, and the Boston Symphony Orchestra and Ken-David Masur for Grieg’s Peer Gynt and Beethoven’s Egmont, all in October, before reuniting with Heras-Casado for Dutilleux’s Correspondances with Tonhalle-Orchester Zürich in December.
