Angela Hewitt returns to Australia this month for a recital tour with Musica Viva. Following the first recital at City Recital Hall in Sydney on 8 May, other performances are scheduled to take place in Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart, Newcastle, Perth, Adelaide, and two recitals in Melbourne. The tour concludes with a second performance in Sydney on 27 May.

Immediately before and after her Australian tour, Angela Hewitt performs recitals in Singapore and Tokyo. On 4 May Hewitt plays a programme of Bach, Scarlatti, Ravel and Chabrier at Singapore’s Victoria Concert Hall, and on 29 and 30 May she marks the start of the Bach Odyssey in Tokyo with recitals at Kioi Hall.
