Golda Schultz returns to Heidelberg with a Liederabend
24/3/2017
On 30 March, soprano Golda Schultz and accompanist Jonathan Ware present a fascinating programme of Schubert, Strauss and George Crumb in recital at the Internationales Musikfestival Heidelberger Frühling.
A long-time passionate advocate of Lied, Schultz strives to balance recital and concert appearances amid a very busy operatic season. She next debuts with Washington’s National Symphony Orchestra singing Mahler’s Symphony No.2 under Music Director Christoph Eschenbach. On the opera stage, Golda continues to expand her repertoire with productions in Munich, Salzburg, Tokyo and, this coming autumn, at The Metropolitan Opera.
