Lawrence Zazzo returns to Teatro Real Madrid this week as Unulfo in Claus Guth’s production of Rodelinda. Under the baton of Ivor Bolton, the run opens on 24 March.

Zazzo has enjoyed a stellar season of operatic engagements including Arsamene in Xerxes at Oper Frankfurt, Oberon in A Midsummer Night’s Dream with Festival d’Aix-en-Provence at the Beijing Music Festival and goes on to reprise Oberon at Staatsoper Hamburg and Giulio Cesare with Boston Baroque.
