Esther Yoo performs at the annual Ghent Flanders Festival on 18 September in a special programme named ​‘The Generation Project’.

The concert, which aims to bring together a rising star and a distinguished and experienced artist, also features Pierre Amoyal. The two artists perform J.S. Bach’s Double Concerto in D minor with Camerata Lausanne and Esther also performs Vaughan Williams’ The Lark Ascending with the orchestra. The rest of the programme features works by Samuel Barber, Jules Massenet, Kreisler and Nino Rota.

The Flanders Festival marks the start of a series of European festival appearances for Esther in the upcoming weeks – she performs at the St. Wenceslas Music Festival in Ostrava with the Czech Virtuosi Orchestra on 27 September, followed by an appearance at Festival de Fenetrange in France with Orchestre National de Lorraine on 3 October.
