Nikolai Lugansky performs Rachmaninov at the Lucerne Festival, the BBC Proms and in Tokyo

Nikolai Lugansky plays Rachmaninov’s Piano Concerto No.2 with the St Petersburg Philharmonic Orchestra and Yuri Temirkanov at the Lucerne Festival and BBC Proms on 3 and 7 September respectively.

Lugansky then travels to Tokyo to perform Rachmaninov’s Piano Concerto No.3 with the NHK Symphony Orchestra and Junichi Hirokami on 11 and 12 September, before giving a solo recital in Tokyo’s Yamaha Ginza Hall on 14 September.
