Canadian soprano Erin Wall joins the London Symphony Orchestra on 21 June for Beethoven’s Symphony No.9 under Bernard Haitink. A great exponent of the work, Erin Wall also performed Beethoven’s Choral Symphony with Bernard Haitink at Tanglewood Festival; with San Francisco Symphony under Michael Tilson Thomas; the Wiener Philharmoniker on tour to Japan under Christian Thielemann; and at the Cincinnati May Festival under James Conlon. Erin Wall returns to Europe at the end of the summer for Verdi’s Requiem at the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival, with NDR Sinfonieorchester Hamburg and Christoph Eschenbach.
