On 30 March Alexei Volodin returns to the Beethoven Easter Festival in Warsaw for a concert with Sinfonia Varsovia, performing Scriabin’s Piano Concerto under the baton of Robert Trevino.

Prior to this, Volodin performs a solo recital at the Alte Oper in Frankfurt on 27 March, and then in the following week he returns to The Mariinsky Orchestra, where he is currently Artist-in-Residence, for two concerts in St Petersburg. On 5 April he joins the orchestra for Beethoven’s Choral Fantasy with Valery Gergiev, and then on 12 April he closes the International Piano Festival with both of Brahms’ piano concertos.
