This week Constantinos Carydis returns to the Bayerische Staatsoper to conduct Stephan Kimmig’s production of Mozart’s Don Giovanni. Performances take place on 10,13 and 16 January and he is joined by Ain Anger as Commendatore and Erin Wall as Donna Anna.

Carydis returns to the opera house again later this season for a new open-air production of Debussy’s Pelléas et Mélisande for the 2015 Münchner Festspiele.
