On 25 September the Tetzlaff Quartett returns to the Wigmore Hall as part of an extensive tour, which also includes performances in Austria, Germany, Korea and Japan.

The programme for the quartet’s only UK appearance this season features Mozart’s String Quartet in D minor, K.421, Schubert’s String Quartet in G, D.887, and Jörg Widmann​’s Jagdquartett – his third out of five string quartets inspired by the classical masters. 

Other highlights on the tour include concerts at Salzburg’s Mozarteum (23 September), Bonn’s Beethoven-Haus (26 September), LG Arts Center in Seoul (2 October), and in Osaka (4 October), Nagoya (6 October) and Tokyo (7 October).
