Concluding a series of appearances in the US in recent weeks, Jean-Efflam Bavouzet makes his debut with the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra on 21 and 23 February. He performs Prokofiev’s Piano Concerto No.5 in concerts conducted by Gianandrea Noseda. 

Bavouzet’s US dates have already featured concerto performances with the Seattle Symphony, a recital in Minneapolis and a four-concert tour with the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center.

Prokofiev Concertos also feature on Bavouzet’s latest CD; His recording of all five works with Noseda and the BBC Philharmonic has just been released on Chandos.
