Dani Howard​’s debut album is out now on Rubicon Classics, featuring Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Pablo Urbina and Michael Seal. The album features Howard’s orchestral works Argentum, Ellipsis, Coalescence and Arches as well as the Trombone Concerto, performed by soloist Peter Moore. 

The disc is already garnering critical acclaim; Thoroughly Good praises Howard as ​“an important voice in UK contemporary classical music. Someone to celebrate and someone to continue commissioning”, while Interlude calls the album ​“a joy from beginning to end”. The first movement of the Trombone Concerto also featured last week on BBC Radio 3’s Essential Classics with Tom McKinney.
