HarrisonParrott is delighted to welcome Romanian conductor Gabriel Bebeselea to its roster for worldwide general management.

Celebrated for his artistry and commitment to musical exploration, Gabriel Bebeselea is Principal Conductor of George Enescu Philharmonic and Founder of Musica Ricercata.

Bebeselea is a dedicated scholar and advocates for uncovering neglected musical gems, especially George Enescu´s music, which he has edited, rediscovered and recorded with Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin his Oratorio Strigoii (The Ghosts) and the Pastorale-Fantaisie pour petite orchestre.

The 2024/25 season highlights include Bebeșelea’s debut with the Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra, a tour with the Tonkünstler Orchestra, and performances with the Romanian Chamber Orchestra at the Concertgebouw Amsterdam.

Renowned for his versatility, Bebeșelea enjoys a flourishing international career, collaborating with esteemed ensembles such as the Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin, Konzerthausorchester Berlin, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse, Antwerp Symphony Orchestra, Barcelona Symphony Orchestra, Singapore Symphony Orchestra, National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia, Aarhus Symphony Orchestra, Tonkünstler Orchestra, and Prague Philharmonia, among others.
