Daníel Bjarnason and Vivi Vassileva join forces in Reykjavik to not only perform Bjarnason’s Percussion Concerto Inferno with Iceland Symphony Orchestra on 16 January but also to record it. The concert, as well as the recording, will be conducted by Daníel Bjarnason himself as part of a Portrait album, which also features his piano concerto FEAST and the orchestral piece A Fragile Hope.

This concert marks Vassileva’s debut with the Iceland Symphony, while Daníel Bjarnason continues his long collaboration with the orchestra.
