Following 3 weeks in Japan and Korea with Die Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen, Paavo Järvi embarks on tour to China with London Philharmonic Orchestra, joined by renowned cellist Julia Hagen. The tour begins with New Year’s Concerts on 30 and 31 December 2024 at the Guangzhou Opera House and continues on 1 January 2025 at the Shenzhen Concert Hall. The orchestra then performs at the Shanghai Grand Theatre on 2 January 2025, before concluding the tour with two concerts at the prestigious NCPA Beijing on 4 and 5 January 2025. Järvi presents two captivating programmes featuring works by Haydn, Tchaikovsky, Weber, Smetana, Dvořák, and Elgar.
