Nil Venditti makes her debut at the BBC Proms on 12 August with BBC National Orchestra of Wales at the Royal Albert Hall. The programme includes Sir Karl Jenkins’s BBC commission Stravaganza for saxophone and orchestra, performed by Jess Gillam. Other pieces include Grace Williams’ Concert Overture, Farrenc’s Overture No.1, and Beethoven’s Symphony No.7.
