Following a captivating performance on 22 June with Federico Colli, Timothy Ridout has been awarded this year’s Luitpold Prize from the Kissinger Summer Festival. 

Every year since 1999, a promising young artist has received the coveted Luitpold Prize.

Previous award winners include Sarah Aristidou, Mojca Erdmann, Tine Ting Helseth, Igor Levit, Anna Lucia Richter, Baiba Skride, Kian Soltani, Alisa Weilerstein and Nikolai Znaider.
