Paul Appleby returned to the festival as Tamino in Barbe & Doucet’s iteration of Die Zauberflöte led by Constantin Trinks on 18 May with further performances running through 21 July.

Miina-Liisa Värelä and Shenyang reprise Isolde and Kurwenal respectively in Nikolaus Lehnhoff’s production of Tristan und Isolde led by Music Director Robin Ticciati. Performances take place on 29 July until 25 August.
