Five HarrisonParrott artists perform at Festpiele Mecklenburg-Vorpommern 2024
On 14 June, Martin Fröst performs with NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchester under the baton of Cristian Măcelaru for a programme of Gourzi, Clyne and Rachmaninov.
Timothy Ridout joins Daniel Hope and the Hope Orchestra for three concerts during the Festpiele Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. He plays the Bruch Viola Concerto on the 5th of July in Bad Doberan, on 6 of July in Stolpe an der Peene and on 7 July in Ulrichshusen. Timothy also joins the orchestra to play Mendelssohn and Grieg.
Stephen Waarts performs with Mecklenburgische Staatskapelle Schwerin and conductor Mark Rohde on 28 June, for a programme featuring Hertel, Haydn, Benda and Rosetti.
On 25 August, Pierre-Laurent Aimard performs a programme featuring Bach and Kurtág. He also plays on 28 August with Norddeutsche Philharmonie Rostock for a programme of Beethoven and Schumann.
