Sir Stephen Hough returns to Norway to perform Rachmaninov’s Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini with Oslo Philharmonic and conductor Alpesh Chauhan on 15 February at Olso Konserthus. 

The programme also includes Thomas Ades’ Powder Her Face Suite and Rachmaninov’s Symphony No.2.
