HarrisonParrott Group begins 2024 with promotions and new director appointments

HarrisonParrott Group today announces changes and promotions to its leadership team. This activity follows on from HarrisonParrott becoming an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) in October 2023. This series of promotions and changes in leadership structure broadens responsibility across the whole leadership team, harnessing colleagues’ talents and creativity to ensure continuity and the future development and success of the business. These promotions solidify our commitment to placing the future of the company firmly in the hands of our employees. Alongside the Strategic/Statutory Board, a new Management Board has been created, consisting of Senior Directors and Directors, which supports our vision of shared leadership responsibility and harnessing colleagues’ skills to ensure the HP Group and Associated Companies’ continued growth and future development.

International Offices
As part of the new Management Board formation, and in recognition of the expansion of our international offices, Sabine Frank has now taken on the role of Head of International Offices, and Co-Head of Artist Management with Jane Brown, alongside her existing responsibilities for leading HarrisonParrott Munich. Sabine Frank has been with HarrisonParrott since 2005 and was instrumental in the foundation and leadership of HarrisonParrott Munich, shaping it to become one of the most respected classical music management companies based in Germany.
François Guyard is promoted to Senior Director taking a seat on the Management Board. François has led the Paris office since its inception in 2018 and established it as the most forward-thinking classical music and arts management company working from France. Using the start-up ethos of experimentation and exploration, HP Paris is considered a laboratory for scoping out new ways of doing business as new needs and opportunities emerge across the classical music industry.
Federico Hernandez is appointed General Manager HarrisonParrott Madrid & Latin American Business. Federico joined HarrisonParrott in 2014, and opened the Madrid office in 2022. Renowned for its expertise and knowledge of the Spanish and Latin American music scene, HP Madrid ideates, facilitates, and realises international projects and cultural activations across the world for, and in collaboration with, distinguished Spanish and Latin American orchestras and artists.
Regarding the new EOT structure confirmed in October 2023, Teodora Masi has been appointed EOT Director alongside her current role as Associate Director, Artist Management.
These appointments are the first phase in a series of promotions across HarrisonParrott Group and Associated Companies expected throughout 2024.
A key part of HarrisonParrott Group’s succession plan saw Moema Parrott take the reins as CEO in March 2023, responsible for the day-to-day running of the Group.
Jasper Parrott continues in his role as Executive Chairman, and in his ongoing engagement with the artists and their longer term artistic and management perspectives. He will also continue to oversee and lead on the strategic visions and ambitions of the HarrisonParrott Group and its Associated Companies as well as maintaining his keen interest in the identification and nurturing of exceptionally talented artists and staff.
