Pierre Bleuse debuts with Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, stepping in for Antonio Pappano to conduct Lili Boulanger’s airy swan song D’un matin de printemps and Saint-Saëns’ majestic Symphony No.3 with organ played by Iveta Apkalna. Matthias Goerne joins as soloist in Frank Martin’s dramatic song cycle Sechs Monologe aus ​‘Jedermann’. The concerts take place on 6 and 7 December at Amsterdam’s Concertgebouw.
