Joining conductor Santtu-Matias Rouvali and Philharmonia Orchestra, violinist Esther Yoo takes to the stage for a bustlingly colourful programme of Prokofiev and Stravinsky. Concert-goers in London are able to watch her perform Prokofiev’s Violin Concerto No.1 at the Royal Festival Hall on 21 May. Outside of the capital, fans of Yoo will be able to hear the concert on BBC Radio 3 on 31 May, or see her playing the same concerto with Bath Philharmonia at The Forum on 18 May.
