HarrisonParrott is delighted to work on the Spanish premiere of Marina Abramović’s opera 7 Deaths of Maria Callas at Liceu Opera Barcelona. The premiere is on 9 March, with two further performances on 10 and 11 March. Antonio Mendez conducts the Symphony Orchestra of the Gran Teatre del Liceu and Chorus of the Gran Teatre del Liceu; with music by Marko Nikodijević and scenes from works of Vincenzo Bellini, Georges Bizet, Gaetano Donizetti, Giacomo Puccini and Giuseppe Verdi.

It is a co-production of the Bayerische Staatsoper with Greek National Opera, Deutsche Oper Berlin, Opéra national de Paris and Teatro San Carlo di Napoli.
