Following an acclaimed role debut as the Countess in Pique Dame in Brussels earlier this season, Anne Sofie von Otter now adds the role of Adelaide to her repertoire in what will be the first ever staged performance of Strauss’ Arabella to take place in Madrid on 24 January. The performances of Christof Loy’s staging are conducted by David Afkham and continue until 12 February.
