Sir Stephen Hough will begin his artistic residency with Iceland Symphony Orchestra with a performance of Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No.3 on the 12 January, followed by a recital on the 13 January. The concerto will be performed in collaboration with conductor, Eva Ollikainen who will conduct the orchestra for Hough’s subsequent visit to Reykjavik in February, and the ISO’s UK tour in April.
