Kahchun Wong returns to Germany for concerts with Deutsche Staatsphilharmonie Rheinland-Pfalz on 17 December (Karlsruhe) and 18 December (Mainz). He conducts the orchestra in Ravel’s Ma Mère l’Oye and Tchaikovksy’s Fantasy Overture from Romeo and Juliet. Simon Höfele performs Haydn’s Concerto for Trumpet in E flat, and Yi Qiong Pan joins the orchestra for Franz Waxman’s Carmen Fantasy.
