Following a breathtaking rendition of Messiaen’s Vingt Regards at the Museo Chillida Leku in Hernani, Spain, as part of his own Ravel Festival last Saturday, Bertrand Chamayou begins this week again with Messiaen. He performs in the masterful Turangalîla symphony with Wiener Philharmoniker under the baton of Esa-Pekka Salonen. Concerts take place at Elbphilharmonie Hamburg on 6 September 2022 and at the KKL in Luzern as part of this year’s Lucerne Festival.
